ISO Accreditation
Customer satisfaction is one of the most important objectives for Capita Conferences and its workforce. To keep customers satisfied, the organisation needs to meet their requirements. The ISO 9001:2008 standard provides a tried and tested framework for taking a systematic approach to managing the organization's processes so that they consistently turn out product that satisfies customers' expectations.
ISO 9001:2008 is the standard that provides a set of standardised requirements for a quality management system, regardless of what the user organisation does, its size, or whether it is in the private, or public sector. It is the only standard in the family against which organisations can be certified.

RCN Accreditation
Many of our Health conferences are accredited by the Royal College of Nursing. RCN accreditation guarantees that our events are up to date, of the highest quality, and effective in educating nurses and the wider health care family.
Accreditation involves peer review by expert representatives drawn from clinical, management and educational fields of practice who have the appropriate professional background and experience
Certificates are provided to nurses who attend RCN accredited events, demonstrating evidence of the study hours required to keep them up to date. To receive a certificate of attendance, please email us at capita.conferences@capita.co.uk
