Aims & Objectives |
Capita’s Disability Equality in Wales Seminar provides practical guidance and advice through a series of interactive sessions to help you build on your work in promoting and embedding disability equality throughout your organisation.
With submissions of your year two progress reports due this December for formal scrutiny and the 2009 renewal deadline looming, now is the time to be reviewing your Disability Equality Scheme, assessing your current performance and prioritising future action.
Many organisations are leading the way by going beyond the minimum requirements set out in the Disability Equality Duty and ensuring their approach exceeds the expectations of disabled employees, service users and customers. This seminar provides you with a range of practical ideas to help your organisation reach this level.
Take away practical guidance and gain confidence in how you can best move your scheme forward and meet future challenges in disability equality through expert led sessions, sharing best practice with your peers and participating in interactive group learning exercises.
