Aims and Objectives

In the run up to June 2008 the focus for local councils and their partners has been on determining local priorities and negotiating outcome agreements. Attention now turns to how these ambitious, transformational outcomes will be delivered.

Now is the time for local service partners to move on from the period of design and negotiation onto the effective delivery and implementation of outcome agreements. The translation of SOA priorities and targets into actions will require effective working partnerships, carefully sourced and managed funds, robust performance monitoring and efficient programme delivery planning.

Attend this practical and interactive seminar to learn what you need to put in place now to start delivering your outcome agreements. With a blend of interactive workshops and learning from best practice, this seminar is a must attend for local councils, government agencies, NDPB’s and members of Community Planning Partnerships including the third sector, the police, education, health and housing providers.
