Aims & Objectives

“….Prolific and Other Priority Offenders…. are one of the most difficult offender groups to monitor, manage and change. It is essential that we continue to embed work into local delivery structures, share learning and build on successes to date to continue to improve safety in all of our communities.”
Stephen Cahill, Acting Director, Police and Crime Standards, January 2008
